The undersigned renter agrees that rented items remain at all time the property of the rental agent Baby vacation Station. Rental time is specified at the top of this contract page and can only be changed after phone consultation with Baby Vacation Station. She/he has examined all rented items and has found them to be in good condition . If items are returned damaged or needing excessive cleaning(e.g. vomit, chewing gum, stickers, dried ice cream crayon marks or candy) additional fees will be charged. Renters do not need to launder linens.
Renter accepts full responsibility for following all equipment instructions and proper usage of all rental items. The renter is liable for any misuse of equipment and any damage that may result. Baby Vacation Station shall not be held liable for any damage, loss or injury(including death) that may be incurred while using rented equipment as these remain at all times the responsibility of the renter.
The undersigned has read and has agreed to the above contract and the action of accepting rental item(s) constitutes a binding agreement to the above contract.
